Feedback

We at Pandaw depend on our passengers feedback, good and bad. Good feedback gives all our team inspiration and encouragement. Bad feedback makes us examine our ways of doing things and consider whether we can do better.

All passengers receive an evaluation questionnaire at the end of the cruise and we find these very useful. But we also receive many emails and letters full of helpful ideas and suggestions, commendations for particular members of the team and even amusing anecdotes.

Passengers are also invited to submit their favourite Pandaw images to our new Picasa web page. To upload photos onto our picasa just e-mail us your photos to information@pandaw.com or e-mail them direct to our Picasa page at pandawcruises.pandaw@picasaweb.com and we will upload your photos for you. All images sent to our Picassa page may be used to support articles or brochures produced about Pandaw so we would be very grateful for your submissions.
