Yim - Chief Executive Officer
Born in Malaysia, now a US citizen, Yim received his Honors degree in Economics at Heriot-Watt University In Scotland. Yim spent 20 years in the USA hotel industry before returning to Asia. He has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Cooperating Officer in major hospitality companies. His love for adventure and his passion to create memorable events prompted him to join Pandaw. Yim loves to cook and has been featured in Wine & Dine magazines and donates his time for charity cooking events.
David Bedinghaus - Director of Cruise Hospitality Operations
David is an American citizen with over 30 years of experience in hospitality products and services. He has worked in North America, South East Asia, China and the Middle East with an industry range to include the Maritime, 5 stars Luxury Hotels & Resorts, MICE industries and Quick Serve-Casual Dine concept development. As Director of Cruise Hospitality, David will works with the ships crew to increase the standards of ships and provide a higher level of satisfaction for the passengers.

Emily Chen - Reservations Manager
Born in Malaysia, now a Singapore citizen, Emily graduated from Shatec Hospitality College in 2001. She has vast experience working in country clubs and hotels. She specializes in organizing events for multi-national corporations, MICE, travel trade, government bodies and charitable organizations. She has travel extensively in Asia. She is passionate about cooking, wines and adventure dining.

June Hon - Reservations & Admin Executive
Born in Malaysia, June is now a Singapore Permanent Resident. She joined the hospitality industry in 2000 after graduated. June was a Restaurant Reservation Executive and Assistant Sales Manager in hotel for the past three years. She has been involved with organizing corporate and wedding events. June enjoys adventure in dining and travel.

Grace Tan - Finance Manager
Born in Malaysia, now a Singapore citizen. Grace graduated with a degree in Accountancy from the University of Singapore. She has more than twenty years working experience with multi national corporations in manufacturing, repair services and aerospace industries. Grace likes to travel and enjoying gardening.

Bee - Financial and Accounting Officer
Born in Vietnam, graduated from Hospitality and Tourism Management. Bee joined Tourism Industry since 2004 and joined Pandaw in 2008 as Financial and Accounting Officer and is now involving in Vietnam Travel agents. Bee is pursuing Bachelor of Art in English Linguistics and Literature and will complete at the end of 2010. Bee keeps improving knowledge and always like innovation, enjoys reading and traveling.
Kep Kanharoath - Purser of RV Indochina Pandaw
Roath is from Cambodia and started working for Pandaw in 2005 as an administrator. Two years ago she was promoted to purser, our first lady purser, and is now our senior Mekong purser with a vast wealth of knowledge and experience. Roath is a graduate of banking and finance from the Royal University of Economics & Law in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Neville Josef - Purser of RV Orient Pandaw
Neville is from Myanmar and joined the company in 2002 as a cocktail barman. He transferred to the Mekong as barman to train local Cambodian and Vietnamese staffs. He was promoted to Assistant Purser on the Mekong in 2006 and quickly rose to full purser in recognition of his hard work and dedication to the comfort and care of our passengers. Neville has been stationed in India for six months starting up our India cruise. He is now transferred to Borneo to taking over our highly popular Rajang Cruises.

Myo Kyaw - Purser of RV Mekong Pandaw
Born in Yangon, Myanmar. Myo Kyaw served as barman at Inya Lake Hotel for 6 years and joined Pandaw in 2002 as a barman. Within 4 years, Myo Kyaw promoted to administrator and was assigned as a purser in Year 2009. Myo Kyaw loves traveling and dealing with various types of people.

Ngwe Aung Htun - Purser of RV Tonle Pandaw
Born in Ywar Thit Gyi, Sagaing Division, Myanmar. Aung Htun joined the company in 2002 as a storekeeper on Pandaw III. He was transferred to Pandaw Mandalay office as an Assistant Operation Manager in 2003 for three years. In 2005, he was transferred to ship as an Assistant Manager and taken care administration. Aung Htun was then promoted as Ship Purser in 2009. He is interesting in all electrical equipments.
Iny - Assistant Purser of RV Tonle Pandaw
Born in Tra Vinh Province, Vietnam. Iny was a Hotel Manager for Swedish Hotel in Cambodia in 2007 and served as Assistant Project Manager in German Bauer Group Company for a year. She joined Pandaw in September, 2009. She is interested in tourism industry and enjoys traveling. She also likes reading and music.
Win Hlaing - Purser of RV Pandaw II
Win Hlaing is well known amongst Pandaw passengers for his high level of service and care. Win Hlaing was trained as a hotel manager at the Rangoon Savoy Hotel and joined Pandaw in 2002. Win Hlaing takes care of food and beverage, housekeeping and all aspects of the day to day running of a ship in a professional and serious manner. Win Hlaing moves between our Burma and Mekong ships taking charge at peak times when a manager of his experience is needed.

Glenn Wellsmore - Expedition Manager
Born in Australia and graduated from Australian National University, Canberra. Glenn established his own ski shop and accommodation agency in Australia's Snow Mountains but this business enabled Glenn to travel widely between winter seasons. Glenn then pursued a high profile role in Sidney's commercial property development scene before moving to Sibu with his Malaysian wife in 2008. From there, Glenn became involved in developing the onshore excursions along the river. This has led to further pioneering roles with Pandaw, in particular the forthcoming cruise on the Kapuas River in Indonesian's West Borneo province.

Truong Quang Cuong - Project Director
Born in Vietnam and served as Project Manager of RV Mekong Pandaw in 2002. Cuong used to take care of the cruise registration at the Hotel in Saigon, land tours in Vietnam, Cambodia and ground handling services during the cruise from 2004 to 2008. Cuong was promoted as Project Director of RV Orient Pandaw and RV Indochina Pandaw in 2008 to take care of the repairing and maintenance works of all ships on Mekong. Cuong is now involving in the Laos project.

Tom Markwell - Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Born in Decatur, Illinois USA. Tom served as Vice President of Sales for a major travel agency in the USA. He is an entrepreneur and has owned his own corporate and leisure agency. Prior to joining the tour and travel industry, he was involved with International Retails. Tom speaks 4 languages, loves traveling, food & wine and cooking.

Michelle Payment - Reservations Manager
Michelle was born in Portland, OR and now resides in Breckenridge, CO. Michelle graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelors of Science in 2007. She has spent the last two years working in the hospitality industry and is passionate about world traveling. She enjoys staying active by taking advantage of the numerous outdoor activities the Rocky Mountains have to offer, including skiing, snowboarding, hiking and mountain biking.
