SALES & TRAVEL CONSULTANT

Sales, UK or Europe based with flexible hours and a good package

Job Summary

Pandaw is seeking a home-based Sales & Travel Consultant to respond to direct calls for information and booking. You would be an experienced in the travel industry and used to dealing with high end clients. On the product side you would tailor make itineraries building in flights and pre and post cruise offerings.

Duties

Develop customised travel itineraries based on client preferences and requirements.
Provide expert advice on our cruises, hotels, accommodations and local attractions.
Assist clients with booking flights, hotels and other travel services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and hospitality offerings.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process or while travelling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Stay informed about changes in travel regulations, safety protocols, and industry developments.

Requirements

Proven experience in the cruise, hotel or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software relevant to the travel industry.
A passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable experiences.
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and preferences.
