New trip books to cut paper waste

This season we published our trip book Mandalay Pagan Packet. All passengers plying this popular route will receive a complimentary copy in their cabin. The book contains detailed itineraries for those travelling between the two old Burmese capitals, whether on the seven, four or two night routings. There is detailed background on the history, culture and geography of the river stops we explore.

The book also contains ship information and safety protocols. Passenger feedback has been very positive and there has been an environmental benefit too as we are no longer running the laser printers daily churning out endless itinerary and fact sheets. Next season we will roll the ‘trip book’ concept out to the Mekong and Laos.
