Pandaw revamps its popular Member’s Club
Pandaw is pleased to announce that from 1st January 2021, we will be implementing a new tiered benefits system for guests registered for the Pandaw Member’s Club. The free-to-join Members Club which rewards returning guests is already one of the most beneficial member’s programs in River Cruising with complementary on board packages and discounted rates, however, with the number of active members growing rapidly in recent months, we wanted to ensure that the benefits offered matched the wide spectrum of Pandaw experience the club now houses.
The new membership eligibility and benefits are listed below:
Pandaw Associate Members
Eligibility: Registered for Pandaw Member’s Club but are yet to sail with us.

- $100 Deposit Offer** & other future Members only offers
- Exclusive member notifications and advance notice of new dates and sailings
Pandaw Full Members
Eligibility: Registered for Pandaw Member’s Club and have sailed with Pandaw at least once but less than 5 times.

- Pandaw 'gift bag' of branded items upon embarkation
- Free Flow Drinks Package for available itineraries*

Pandaw Legacy Members
Eligibility: Registered for Pandaw Member’s Club and have sailed with Pandaw 5 or more times

- Pandaw deluxe 'gift bag' of branded items upon embarkation
- Free Flow Drinks & Wine Package for available itineraries*
- Priority for our new Member’s only departures

All bookings made from 1st January 2021 will be subject to the new tiered benefit system with all existing bookings and new bookings made before 1st January 2021 eligible to receive benefits as per the previous member’s offer. Membership benefits will continue to be linked to each member’s unique Member ID which can be used by guests who book directly with Pandaw or via their travel agent.
All members will be informed of their membership status privately and there is still time for new members to take advantage of our $100 deposit scheme, eligible for all who register regardless of sailing experience with Pandaw.
