All of the crew on Pandaw Chindwin River Adventure were perfect. They could not do enough for us, always making sure our cabin, wait staff were performing, which they did to 100% of their ability and not more. Well done to all involved.

"The crew were helpful & pleasant"

The crew were helpful & pleasant. They tried hard to please but there are some people (guests) that are hard to please period. We did tend to do a lot of motoring with early starts which meant everyone was woken early making it a long day.

"Excellent as we expected"

Our Golden Land trip, the first on the new Kanee Pandaw, was excellent as we expected, this being my third trip with you. I did feel however that staff numbers had been reduced which meant staff had difficulty providing the service they and the passengers expected. This was particularly apparent in the dining area - they staff were excellent and worked extremely hard but had to rush to keep up. We had two dining/bar staff whereas previously there has been at least double that many. We were very well looked after and have no complaints but do feel that the cut back in staff numbers put too much pressure on those employed and it would have been much worse if the boat had been full.

The whole experience on our trip was out of this world! The care and attention paid to us by all crew members was fantastic, in particular the crew members previously mentioned who made our trip perfect. We were travelling with our infant Isobella who was treated like a princess for the duration - it certainly made our holiday! Thank you to every single one of the 23 crew - they were all outstanding!

"We had a wonderful trip"

Pandaw's food is outstanding. The Chef and his team worked so hard. But four courses for every lunch and every dinner? We felt this was too much food for us And the standard is so high it would be impolite to decline. We love Pandaw's spirit of generosity. But we feel three courses for each meal would be plenty. We had a wonderful trip. Thank you all VERY much!
