"Having done this trip some 4years ago"

Having done this trip some 4years ago, it was good to see that Pandaw now cruised all the way from Mandalay to Yangon instead of stopping at Prome which requires a 2/3 hour bus trip to Yangon

"The Pandaw is the best"

A fantastic cruise. It was an experience of a lifetime and I cannot imagine any better line to go with. The Pandaw is the best.

"Thanks for a wonderful trip"

This was our second Pandaw cruise and we are planning our third. That said, I think there were some particularly difficult passengers on this trip, and I would really urge you to discount their complaints, particularly of any staff member. We certainly enjoyed every aspect of the trip and Pandaws attention to every detail from the initial booking to our departure was nothing less than superb. It was unfortunate that a nasty virus swept through the boat and maybe it would be good to keep some cough and cold remedies on board. Anyway, thanks for a wonderful trip. Hope to join you on the Irrawaddy this year!

"It was an unforgettable experience"

I would like to thank you the whole crew they made my River Cruise to an amazing adventure. Especially I enjoyed the Sandbank Aperitif with the lots of candle lights. It was an unforgettable experience.

"Please keep up the good work"

We like the Pandaw sense of adventure and are in the beginning stages of planning a third voyage most probably somewhere along the Irrawaddy. So, low water levels along the Mekong were a bit of a surprise but the Pandaw reaction by using long-tail boats for a brief half-day segment worked just fine and we enjoyed seeing the river even closer up. And Pandaw's assistance with the before and after hotel choices was SUPERB! The only thing I would think of that I would have welcomed would have been to have had some throw blankets aboard to use when having tea/coffee in the lounge chairs in the early morning when it was cool, slightly chilly and a bit foggy. A blanket would have been welcome. Please keep up the good work and your sense of adventure in seeing rivers and places off the beaten track.

"Enjoyed having the sundeck on Mekong Pandaw"

On day of embarkation in Vietnam, lunch could be served first, then follow with the briefing. On the last night, we were tied up next to other boats who left their engines running all night which made it very noisy and difficult to sleep. Children under 18 free was excellent for us - great introduction to Vietnamese and Cambodian life. Enjoyed having the sundeck on Mekong Pandaw.

"Our experience was even more enjoyable than our previous trips"

Our experience was even more enjoyable than our previous trips. It was good to see the crew enjoying the sand bar party as much as the guests. Thanks Paul. We hope bookings are good for you this year. his time. WiFi availability was a bonus this time. Dave Davies

"The only disappointment on the whole cruise"

The only disappointment on the whole cruise was the bread available in the dining room. For a country that is famous for its bread making (Vietnam), I found the (probably) defrosted offerings very tasteless. The lack of crunchy french style bread at meals was very sad.

"Everything was a fantastic experience"

Very impressed with the crew helping an elderly lady by bringing a stool so that she could sit on excursions and the crew that carried an 18 month baby guest on shore excursions. Staff knew guests by name. Everything was a fantastic experience - much of which was down to the crew. Also , pre-cruise enquiries were dealt with very quickly
