"Am having difficulty in finding any bad things to say"

Am having difficulty in finding any bad things to say about your company. The only suggestion I could make is that I think you could improve your shop by selling souvenirs, postcards, stamps, etc. as people have time to leisurely buy gifts and write their cards on the boat.

"This would in no way have altered our choice of this cruise"

While we understand that due to water levels in the Mekong we could expect the itinerary to be changed from that published, we did feel that as the water levels have been low for so long we could have had earlier information of the changes. This would in no way have altered our choice of this cruise. The first day by coach and slow boat added to the interest and our night in the Laos Plaza was very comfortable and well organised.

"Everything went very well"

I admit I had reservations about the upper Ganges cruise having read the negative comments from earlier trips. However everything went very well. All crew could not have been more friendly, polite and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. The crew were very caring with some of the more senior passengers who were not so mobile. If possible it would be nice to have a more detailed map of the Ganges.

"The entire Pandaw cruise was superb"

The beds could be a little softer and better pillows would help. The entire Pandaw cruise was superb. We were dealing with government shutdowns due to the Coronavirus but alternative plans were made quickly and efficiently!!! So impressed!!!!

"I think the cruise was very well done"

I suggest that all Pandaw boats have maritime first aid kits capable of treating 8- people. The first aid box on the Katha Pandaw didnt have enough supplies to properly care for my leg. However the crew was splendid in helping me buy the supplies at stops along the way and did much of my shopping for me. Also I suggest that the Katha Pandaw be equipped with metal gangways as seen on the Burma cruise boaters. The gangway can be stored on the roof of the excursion boat . Notwithstanding the above I think the cruise was very well done especially considering the was the first year for a Ganges cruise.

The two independent guides - Deepak Mishra and Vinay Jayaswal - were a superb double act, each complementing the other in terms of their areas of expertise and their personalities. I would wholeheartedly recommend that Pandaw secure their services for future seasons on the Ganges.

"We intend to plan for a Pandaw excursion next year"

Less food! Perhaps a strange request, for the food on all our Pandaw trips has been excellent, but I for one felt guilty at leaving so much, especially at lunch times. Can I also thank Stuart for looking after all of us so well. He could not have been more helpful and reassuring. James is also a great addition to Pandaw. While we have all this time on our hands we intend to plan for a Pandaw excursion next year.
