"A wonderful cruise"

Laos Pandaw is a lovely boat. All the crew were exceptional in their help, attentiveness to all our needs and their friendliness at all times. A wonderful cruise.

"Always polite and obliging"

Pandaw Katha needs a bit of maintenance, eg uneven deck boards, cabin drawers rather small on this boat (ours a little dusty) and a drawer under the desk would have been very useful, plus some hooks for hats etc. would be handy. Cocktail waiter very good with his mocktails, just a shame we ended up with extra Bihar 'dry' days. Impressed with energy put in to giving us different experiences when the schedule had to be altered, though not all totally successful but full marks for trying. One might say there were perhaps rather too many religious buildings but the insight and walks through villages was fascinating though a little overwhelming on the one on Holi, though it made it even more of a memorable experience, but too many villagers crowding round for comfort. But no harm done. Otherwise love the feeling on a Pandaw river boat. The crew were all trying very hard and given that they have back to back cruises and must be tired, they manage to smile their way through, always polite and obliging. How lucky we were to get the holiday in before the Covid 19 crisis really blew up. Hope everyone stays safe.

"It was still a most enjoyable trip"

When the crew are more experienced everything will be up to the usual Pandaw standard. It was still a most enjoyable trip.

"A great trip"

A great trip. Hard to suggest any improvement. Side trips were fine, but I have experienced quite a lot of Asia and should have spent a little more time in the boat

"We have already scheduled our 4th Pandaw trip"

We have already scheduled our 4th Pandaw trip in February on the Mekong. We are so happy to have Pandaw back in operation. Stewart Hickman from management was a superstar in every way. Everything was just perfect. And the ENTIRE crew was sincerely helpful to steady us older shaky people climbing steps, etc. They were a true comfort. Keep yo the good work. We want to travel to India next. And hopefully Myanmar will reopen. That was the best if all.

Great to see some introduction of pollution products Ie no plastic water bottles loved we could fill up at the Water tank whenever. Can't wait to cruise again. Love Pandaw

"Such a fabulous time spent!"

Just a little suggestion if we may, as we had the drinks package for our stay, wine would also be lovely from the evening bar & not just at meal times - just as another option! We loved our excursions, however a handful of the more mature guests found the Sampan rowing through the nature reserve, a little difficult due to the very low seating position. Getting in & out of these shallow boats was tricky too. Even us young ones - 50s/60s found it a little sore on the joints! We found that by sitting on top the life jackets, raised the seating position a little more, which did make for a more comfortable row! Im not quite sure how to resolve - maybe a cushion? It would be a shame to forgo this experience but, maybe a different option for those who wish to opt out?! I hope this helps, in a constructive way! With many thanks from us both for such a fabulous time spent!
