"Glad to have a vegetarian option at each meal"

I enjoyed the breakfast Asian egg station (option) and the soups were always a favorite! Glad to have a vegetarian option at each meal. Thanks to Pandaw for a job well done and wonderful trip on the Laos Mekong.

"More loungers would have been welcome"

Rugs should have been available for the January cruises as mornings & evenings were cold. More loungers would have been welcome. Wicker chairs looked good but were not suitable for snoozing. Other Pandaw boats have had folding high-backed wooden seats excellent for hours of relaxing.

"Pursar plus executive team were fantastic at making sure he was able to access treatment"

My husband was taken ill on the cruise and the Pursar plus executive team were fantastic at making sure he was able to access treatment from a local clinic. In future I suggest that all ships have a thermometer and blood pressure machine on board to help monitor vital signs. Our Pursar was eventually able to source a BP monitor from a local village but it took a while, much easier and safer to have one on board.

"Many thanks to all concerned"

You realise what a good company this is when you can't think of suggestions. My only one would be a little more clarity on the agenda for the trip as I felt there were surprises for example we were all expecting more time in Phnom Penh. Many thanks to all concerned.

"Thank you once again for a very memorable trip"

This is our 3rd Pandaw cruise and it was just as good as the other 2, the whole crew are a real credit to the company, we travel the world extensively and have not come across such dedication to the passengers and the attention they give individually to each passenger is remarkable. Thank you once again for a very memorable trip. Jim Margaret Goddard

"The trip was excellent despite challenges for Pandaw with low water"

The trip was excellent despite challenges for Pandaw with low water. The crew was fantastic and the whole trip was a pleasure, relaxing with superb service, food, and onshore activities. One suggestion in Laos, the whiskey village most passengers believed had the best textiles, prices, and selection, however, we had limited time there and as it was at the beginning of the trip didn't know what was to come. however, it would be great to advise passengers that the selection at the village is excellent and perhaps allow some more time maybe 30-40 minutes. Also on the first day from Chaing Mai, we were not told about the 9 hours on the bus only that we knew from the itinerary that it was about 6 hours. We were not advised that the river was too low to meet the boat in the golden triangle and that we had to meet it further along. whilst understanding this, the Thai guide was not engaged with the passengers to give us a good day's activities outline. it was a long, hot day, therefore.

"We cannot think of anything significant"

We cannot think of anything significant as we appreciated that the changes in itinerary for the last two nights of the expedition had to be away from the ship due to low river levels. Even so, the alternative arrangements were still excellent. Our only minor domestic comment would be that liquid hand wash soap by the basin in the en-suite bathroom would be more convenient and eco-friendly than hard soap bars. Liquid soap is provided in the shower, which is much better to use.

"Look forward to another cruise with you"

The Pandaw Laos is a most comfortable vessel. The cabins were spacious and the common areas are spacious. We enjoyed receiving the Pandaw member shirts. They are excellent quality and have washed well. Thank you. In order to reduce plastic waste, would you consider eliminating the plastic water bottles? In the cabins you could fill reusable water thermoses and encourage guests to fill up the aluminum bottles you provide? Maybe offer to write the guests' names on the bottles. Thank you for all the hard work and determination that has gone into bringing Pandaw back after the pandemic. We wish you continued success and look forward to another cruise with you.
