The Munduruku, are a Tupian people of the Amazon tropical forest. They inhabit the southwest part of the state of Para and the southeastern corner (upper Tapajoz river valley) in Brazil.
In Marituba and Bragança villages, their descendants, anxious to preserve and make known their traditions, reinvested places and receive visitors under ecotourism programs.
